My Handcraft Creation Process

All the American rustic wooden flags I make are completely handcrafted from the first step all the way to the finished product. Each star in all of my flags as well as the U.S. Army/Navy/Air Force logo are hand-carved and then the whole flag is generally covered with 3 coats of Shellac. The size I typically make is 19 1/2" Tall x 37" Long. The whole flag is burnt front and back with a torch to produce the rustic look that suits it so well.
